UHP Networks Posts Record Results in Fiscal 2020

Montreal, Quebec, Canada - UHP Networks ("UHP"), the Canadian manufacturer of advanced VSAT networking equipment and systems, has announced the conclusion of its fiscal year ending April 30, 2020. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic and a major economic downturn unfolding in the last quarter, the company recorded highest revenue and profitability in its history. Although business conditions are challenging, it continues to see strong demand for its disruptive time division multiple access ("TDMA") technology, which provides the highest TDMA efficiency at the lowest cost available. In November 2019, UHP entered into an agreement in which Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) will purchase UHP. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
